Yes! We clean booster seats, infant carriers, bases, and most stroller types. Just let us know the brand and model when booking so we can verify manufacturer cleaning recommendations. If there's anything else you need cleaned just ask.
We remove parts only to the extent allowed by the manufacturer's instructions. Many car seats are not designed to be fully disassembled without compromising safety. We respect those limits and never do anything that would affect the seat's function or safety features.
Yes. We only use 100% baby-safe, non-toxic, and fragrance-free cleaning solutions. Everything we use is safe for newborns, toddlers, and children with sensitivities.
We follow each car seat manufacturer's specific cleaning instructions as outlined in their user manual. We never use methods or products that go against those guidelines. This ensures the safety, warranty, and integrity of the seat remain intact.
Cleaning time varies based on the seat's condition but generally it takes a few hours to clean and then several more hours to dry. We will always try our best to stay within your requested time frame but since most seats need to air dry it can be a lengthy process.
We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with the clean, let us know within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and we'll make it right. We do not guarantee removal of all stains or odors but we will always do our best using the safest methods.
Pickup and delivery is available in the greater Huntsville/Madison area. However if you are further than 10 miles from the 35749 (Harvest) area there may be additional distance fees. This will be waived for first time customers within reason. We commonly schedule pickups in the evening to accommodate busy parents. You'll receive updates throughout the process, including when your seat is ready for return.
Yes. For safety and liability reasons, we do not reinstall car seats. However once we are CPST certified which is pending, we will offer this as a service.
