Rocket City Car Seat Cleaners

 

By booking a service with Rocket City Car Seat Cleaners (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“customer,” “you”) agree to the following terms:

 

1. Services Provided

We provide professional cleaning services for car seats, strollers, and related baby gear. Our process focuses on improving cleanliness, freshness, and appearance, but we cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains or odors.

 

2. Safety & Liability

We take great care in handling your child’s gear. However, by using our services, you acknowledge that normal wear and tear may be present, and Rocket City Car Seat Cleaners is not responsible for pre-existing damage or manufacturer defects.

 

We do not perform repairs or alterations to your gear.

 

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Prices are subject to change based on service type, add-ons, or additional requests.

 

4. Pickup & Delivery

We offer pickup and delivery services for an additional fee. You agree to be available at the agreed-upon times. Missed pickups or deliveries may incur rescheduling fees.

 

5. Refunds & Cancellations

 

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for a full refund.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $15 cancellation fee.

• Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with results due to pre-existing stains or damage beyond our control.

• If we cannot complete your service due to an error on our part, you will receive a full refund.

 

 

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rocket City Car Seat Cleaners’ liability exceed the total amount paid for the service.

 

7. Customer Responsibility

Please remove all personal items from your car seat or gear before drop-off or pickup. We are not responsible for lost or missing items left in or on the gear.

 

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
